Take a few simple measurements, then compare them with the chart for the specific style you have in mind.
A steady starting point
Measure once.
Choose with care.
Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Keep it comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, where your body creases when you bend to the side.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your seat with the tape level.
Inseam
Measure from the inside leg down to where you want the hem to sit.
The chart comes first
Use the chart for each piece.
Fit and measurements can differ between styles. A Softstride size chart is not published yet; when a style is available, its chart and actual options will appear on its product page. Follow that chart for your choice.
For sweatpants, compare the waist, hip, and inseam measurements shown for that piece. For sweatshirts, use the chest and body measurements provided on its page.
